All poker tables, chips, card sets, and accessories designed or customized according to your specifications are non-refundable.
Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been personalized with your design, logo, or custom features.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
We will review your request and, at our discretion, provide either:
A replacement for the damaged item, or
A partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the production process has not started.
Once customization or production has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns that are not a result of a defect or error by Poker Room Custom.
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition (excluding customized items, which are non-returnable).
